Our direct care staff is required to pass background checks and a drug screening prior to being employed. They are then required to complete mandatory trainings at hire and every year following. All of our employees are mandatory reporters. Homecare Options hosts mandatory meetings and additional trainings as needed to address any concerns and/or changes in a home or with an individual.
Homecare Options staff are all covered by workers compensation insurance, professional liability insurance, general liability insurance, and are bonded.
